Well the adrenaline has subsided and the bubble has burst, but today we get a closer look at whether or not the honeymoon is over for John Torchetti and the Wild.  The team looks to bounce back from yet another loss at home while finding its game on the road.  Unfortunately it will be against tough opponents on consecutive nights.  Tonight's matchup in Philadelphia features two teams missing important personnel with Claude Giroux sitting out for the Flyers and Jonas Brodin, Jason Zucker and Zach Parise each are not on the road trip for the Wild.  Jordan Schroeder has been recalled and will find himself inserted in the starting lineup.  Chris Porter will follow up his lone tally and perhaps his best game in a Wild sweater with a second consecutive start.  Porter did an admirable job of crashing the net with playmakers Mikael Granlund and Thomas Vanek both displaying their ability to get him the puck in the crease.

Mike Yeo spoke out to clear the air with the media and fans today via a series of interviews on KFAN, with the beat reporters and later holding a press conference as he addressed the public for the first time since his dismissal.  He addressed a couple of issues he believed lead to his ousting including trade rumors and a possible divide between younger and older players in the locker room because of it.  Please check out Aaron's reaction from yesterday and the links below for full commentary from inside and outside the market.

Though the team lost yesterday, the possession stats are a positive departure of what we saw in Western Canada, which could indicate better times are on their way:

"Come waste your time with me," beckons Trey and company.  Don't mind if I do, waste my day Walkin' with you.
