It's hot out there, folks. Stay cool and stay safe.

Temperatures in the State of Hockey are off the charts, in a world we are not terribly used to.  Please keep yourselves, your kids and your pets safe with the heat index well into triple digits.  Not much news other than this:

This was expected and proves to pay off for GMCF as he tries to manage the cap.  Now we will see what happens between now and the arbitration date with Schroeder.  It's a good guess a deal gets done before the hearing.
