I've got to admit, I've really grown to enjoy the sport of soccer/European football/futbol/whatever you want to call it. A beautiful game that can unite cultures in a bond of brotherhood like nothing else can - what's not to enjoy?
So, being the newby "casual fan", I naturally got on the Manchester United bandwagon. Never fear, a bandwagoner I am not as the Reds have naturally floundered, aside from this May's FA Cup Championship, under my tenure as a fan. My soccer tastes have also matured with the discovery of Minnesota United last season, as well. Anyway, to tie us into tonight's MLS ASG festivities, aside from City, Liverpool and Chelsea, there are few teams more hated by MUFC fans than Arsenal. That said, if you're cheering them on over the MLS All-Stars tonight, well, that's just mean spirited...
Got your trail mix and trusty hiking stick? Good. And so we walk.
