That’s Wild

  • With new broadcast partners, there’s a new interest in the NHL’s schedule on national television and specifically what teams are given the spotlight. Well the Minnesota Wild will have a total of 13 games broadcasted across the country.

While technically it is 13, there will only be eight games that aren’t “nationally broadcasted” via the online services of ESPN+ or Hulu.

  • Before games even begin the Wild will need to set their roster, and rookie Marco Rossi is determined to claim a spot on it from the moment training camp begins. [Hockey Wilderness]
  • Michael Russo goes through some key names to look out for as the rookie showcase begins this weekend. [The Athletic]
  • Joe O’Donnell is the Wild’s new full-time radio broadcaster, with Bob Kurtz taking a step back into a more part-time role. [The Athletic]
